Italian restaurants, sub shops, calzone counters and Italian delis sit next to the pizzerias on this site because most of them bake pizza too, often from the same dough. Full-service Italian restaurants take reservations for dinner, add a tip line for table service (15-20% is customary) and usually run a cheaper lunch menu on weekdays. Sub and sandwich shops are counter-order and quick, with sizes by the inch or in half and whole lengths. Calzones and strombolis are priced like a medium pizza and are large enough to share. Italian delis and bakeries sell by weight and by the piece, and many close mid-afternoon.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Roma's Italian Kitchen at (814) 651-0900; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions. Its website is romaserie.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.

Its Google rating is 4.1 out of 5 from 1,687 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

Erie is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Erie follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My boyfriend and I decided to try something new for my birthday and Roma's did not disappoint! To the great atmosphere, great service, and excellent food, we will definitely be back! Our waitress was so friendly and attentive. Also, having the surprise of a yummy dessert was just icing on the cake! Hands down, the best Italian food! Roma's is definitely one of my top 2 favorite restaurants in Erie! If I could give this restaurant 10 stars, I would!

The food, service and atmosphere were great, and it only been was with price. We shared a meal with an additional side salad, water to drink, and paid over $70 for one meal. We were looking at the menus and the waitress asked if we wanted to see a specials menu, which we ordered from, but there were no prices listed. I guess it's on us that we didn't ask, but the price seemed a bit excessive. The meal was lovely, however, and we enjoyed it very much

After several times wanting to stop in and try this place, I finally did. If you are looking for authentic Italian, this is the place to go! I went with the Roma’s Italian Trio to try a little bit of everything. The lasagna was rich and creamy, the spaghetti was done perfectly, the sauce was a sweet offset to the spicy meatball, and the fettuccini Alfredo was the best I have had in Erie. Make sure to save room for dessert. The tiramisu is absolutely decadent!

Mind blowing experience. They don't have a vegan option but will accommodate you 100%. They cared enough about me having a great experience and worthy meal that was tasty even though vegan. What blew my mind is when Chef Scott personally came out of the kitchen to discuss vegan options and how he could make my meal better. They were even in the middle of a dinner rush. I ended up with a even more delicious vegan version of eggplant parm & gnocchi, with a chunky tomato basil sauce along with the red portabella mushroom sauce. They most definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had a great meal and experience even with restrictions. Most places wouldn't go out of there way to accommodate so I am truly grateful and impressed. The rest of my table also loved the food. To top it off our server Jana was amazing too. Overall a great experience and great place, with great food, great service, and amazing Chef, hands down, awesome!

This is ly third visit. Last time was fantastic. This time it wasnt busy. We went for spaghetti and meatballs. Unfortunately the calamari wasn't crunchy and ut was realky greasy. Our server was nice but service was slow. We were there anout an hour abd a half. Noodles were overcooked. The dipping sauce for bread is amazing. The meatballs and sauce needed more flavor. In the past we got specials znd other food and it was fantastic. This just wasn't the meal for us. My first time the power went out. Well be back, but will go with other entrΓ©es next time around. Lovely atmosphere.
